Both Miral and I would like to thank you very much for hosting our wedding day. It was a (fairly!) stress free day with you and your team taking control of the main aspects of co-ordinating on the day. It all ran smoothly and our guests thoroughly enjoyed the wedding, as did we.

A special thanks for helping our guest who became ill during the wedding ceremony. We were impressed with the professionalism and care shown by you and the staff in helping the guest get seen to by the medical professionals promptly, which caused minimal disruption to our wedding ceremony. 

The food and drinks provided on the day was very well received by all

Please can you pass on our thanks to the driver of our wedding car. He agreed to make a few stops along the way home on the day without any hesitation, which was very much appreciated.

Booked the venue for my daughter’s wedding in August 2016. Mr Sharma took care of everything as he had promised and delivered above our expectation. Mr Sharma provided excellent customer service on the day of the event, and made sure himself that all the guests were being looked after well. All guests were happy with the service on the day and praised Mr Sharma. As well as the customer service, the food was excellent, especially the dessert buffet which was recommended by Mr Sharma due to the number of desserts we had on the menu. Everyone was amazed at the setup of the buffet!

A big thank you to everyone at Premier Banqueting, especially Mr Sharma who had everything under control.

Now the dust has settled and things are back to normality I wanted to take the opportunity to provide you with some feedback.

Initially, when I was discussing the wedding with Binod whilst in the process of making the book and how things would pan out on the day, he reassured me that everything will be managed and expectations would be met. As you can appreciate, businesses tend to oversell and over promise when they are trying to win your business. So I did have some doubts how the event would pan out on the day.

However, I must admit from the day I met Binod to the last call I made after the event took place, he has provided outstanding service. His kind and friendly approach is a testament to your brand and should be rewarded for his efforts. I am in sales myself and of the belief 'people buy into people' and Binod was certainly a key factor of my decision to hold my sisters wedding at your venue.

Binod supported me at all stages and ensured everything was delivered, but he exceeded all expectations.

Having spoken with guests after the event, they have all given more than positive feedback and loved every moment.

The food exceeded all expectations, please thank your chef on my behalf.

Ultimately, service is critical at such events and there is nothing more I could have asked from your waiters or senior staff members. Even yourself for taking the time out to make the pickup.

Overall, an amazing day all thanks to you and your staff.

Still a couple more weddings due in our household so our paths may cross again in the future.

We would like to offer our gratitude for the extraordinary service we had received from you on our wedding reception on 23rd August 2014.

The reception was a huge success with not even a single complaint from our guests. Each and every one of our guests including family and friends had nothing but compliments to say regarding the service received at our wedding reception. Myself and my wife are deeply grateful for the extra mile your manager Mr Sharma and your staff had given on the evening and throughout. All of them were on their feet treating our wedding reception as their own family event.

Prior to the wedding, Saurabh and Sunny had placed trust in us and adapted to the changing circumstances and supported us. So a big heartfelt thank you to you two. Saurabh, thank you for throwing in the fruit display, all our guests loved it.

On the evening before the reception, Ravi, you took away our stress and it was a ‘yes’ to everything we asked for! We are used to hearing ‘No’  and negativity from people, but it was a relief to hear someone who would not just say yes but stick to their word and make it happen. Thank you so much for that.

I must also offer our apology and a massive thank you to the security staff who kept certain individuals at bay. Whilst maintaining professionalism, they were able to keep up to the demands.

Overall, we cannot thank you all enough for the tremendous efforts and the high level of service we’ve received.

We will be sure to recommend not Premier Banqueting as a venue for events, but mainly for the individuals who makes it a home for holding a celebration!

Our afternoon in celebration of Life, Love and Friendship to celebrate the quadruple milestones was executed much beyond our expectation.
